Anna is responsible for the company's human resources strategies and works closely with management to create a pleasant and stimulating work environment. With commitment and responsiveness, she leads the work with recruitment, skills development and work environment issues.

Dr. Goran Bogatinov brings over 15 years of experience in general and internal medicine, combining deep clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach. After earning his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje, he built a versatile career across public hospitals and private practices in North Macedonia, including the General Hospital in Veles and the specialist clinic “Dr. Kocikj.” He is currently the owner of a private internal medicine practice.

Known for his strong communication and leadership skills, Dr. Bogatinov has also worked as a medical science educator and has been actively involved with the Red Cross. Dr. Goran Bogatinov supports G&A Advice Consulting AB's collaboration with the Swedish Heart & Lung Foundation.

With 17 years of international experience, Ana Michovska leads the marketing and communications efforts at G&A Advice Consulting.
